I wanted to update the two fans in my small bedrooms and these are perfect! Stylish, they move air well, and although there are a few steps, assembly and installation are relatively straightforward and ‘standard’ for ceiling fans. There are six speed settings and the remote only has ‘up & down’ for speed, not 6 individual buttons, so it’s a little hard to tell from just the remote if you’re at a 2, or 3, etc, not a biggie. The phone app is super cool and controls them MUCH better than the physical remote (see pic, slide bars for speed and light). I got them wifi connected easily but they lost the connection a few days later. I was leaving anyway (and cutting the power at the wall switch), so I can’t speak to how easy it is to re-boot and reconnect the app. You always have the remotes as a back-up anyway. Overall, really pleased!

Gorgeous!!! So so glad I discovered this fan! When I first opened the box I blanched a little—the inside color of the plastic blades is orange and next to the orange the woodgrain looked super fake/plasticky. Have faith! When it’s assembled you won’t see the orange and it will look just like the picture.I hired a handyman to install it for me as I was busy moving/unpacking but the directions were fantastic and if you are handy you should have no problem installing it yourself. (Seriously, these may be THE best installation instructions I’ve ever seen, great diagrams and clear language)Do make sure you have a fan junction box in your ceiling to attach it to, that was my primary reason for hiring a handyman as I only had a bare overhead bulb on the porch and assumed it would need some complicated effort to install but I got lucky and didn’t need any electrical modifications. The only thing I would change in hindsight is I wish I had ordered the larger size of this fan—I ordered the 52” but now that it’s up and I can see it’s scale I kind of wish I’d gotten the bigger size.I also plan to contact the manufacturer and ask about how to order a replacement light kit—the LED should last a long time but it’s proprietary (to keep the low profile look) and I’d like to have one in waiting for eventual replacement. I have the fan set on the lowest light setting and a timer so the porch gets a nice soft glow from dusk until dawn. The bluetooth remote is great too, it can attach with a magnet so I hide it on the back of a watering can on my table decor and it’s within reach without a remote laying around to get lost. I didn’t order the extra switch since my porch light is already wired to a switch so I can’t speak to that.Get it, you’ll love it!

Fan is as advertised, well built but a little pricey. The Instructions and assembly diagram was a little hard to follow as compared to the numerous other ceiling fans I have installed throughout the years. The manual is just poorly written and diagrams could be better, but once you figure it out it installs well and is of solid design and construction.Very quiet and as noted, the “Breeze” function is a nice plus. Integrates easily with Alexa as well.

I really liked the look of this fan. It looked so handsome when installed. The installation was challenging, as others have noted, due to the fact that the instructions tell you to remove screws that do not need to be removed. Regardless, I got it installed, but I could not feel any air movement from the fan, even on high speed, other than a slight breeze. Also, the remote worked only on the first day, when we initially installed it. After that, it never worked again. I hated to return this one, because it looked so great on our porch, but I had no choice.

These fans look great, but can be challenging to get to work and to keep them working. The problem is in the wireless control systems. Especially if your fans are on the same breaker switch, expect a hassle. In order to pair the fan with a wall or remote controller, you’ll need to flip your breaker then push a sequence of buttons. If you install a 2nd fan on the same breaker, you will need to pair one, then disconnect it’s wiring from the switch. Then pair the 2nd fan, then reconnect the wiring. Then don’t be surprised if the system stops working randomly, which requires you to do it all again. And then, don’t be surprised if the sensitive electronics don’t appreciate being connected and disconnected numerous times, which causes its wireless transmitter to fail in the ceiling requiring you to get as replacement from customer support. If this fan is 18 ft in the air, you will then need to rent a ladder or a lift to get you back up into the ceiling as that you can fix it.Do yourself a favor and get a fan that is controlled with a wired wall switch. The reliability of Bluetooth and wireless fan controllers is simply not reliable or easy. I just want my fans and lights to work. Unfortunately after experiencing this difficulty twice, one fan has been sitting inoperable for nearly a month, because I need to disconnect the wiring and the breaker for a 3rd time and I am submit tired of this ordeal. Btw, to I have 3 identical fans. Only two share a breaker and those are the ones that I most struggle with.

Pros: Look great (exactly like picture), remotes work (haven’t tried Alexa yet), good airflow, quietCons: Bit pricey, requires occasional power cycle to reset if stuck.Summary: Haven’t had them long, but I bought 2 and they’re working great so far. Light kit is dimmable and works well. Fans are multi-speed and allow for reverse direction. Pleasantly surprised with this. Glad I got 2 for my outside porch. Makes these hot/humid days much more bearable.

Nice build. Great style. Pretty easy to install. Took about an hour. But, the fan looks smaller than what it replaced. Probably should have ordered the 60inch model. The proportions of this 3 blade fan vs my old 5 blade fan make the new one look and feel smaller and hence less visual impact.

The fan blades are PLASTIC, and painted. Be aware if you thought you were getting real wood. That said, the hassle of balancing is pretty much gone. The install is not the most straightforward. DO follow the manual, but there are a few strange things. It has you hang the fan, then take it back down to put the decorative covers on – not sure why i need to do that twice. No mention of cutting the very long wires – but go ahead, just leave service loop and length if you want to switch the downrod length. Nice that they give you an extra screw in case you lose one! The safety wire was a new one for me, but i just bundled it up (with the included wire tie, thank you) and stuck it into the ceiling cover part. Overall it is not a quick assembly process. You have to update the firmware before the fan will do anything – so app, new account, try to get it to find the fan….not the simplest, but works eventually. Remote causes a beep acknowledgement, but the app does not. The remote is a bit small for my taste – easy to lose. Wanted to turn the fan on high, but had it set to “breeze mode” via the app, so it only turns up the breeze mode – got to get used to this thing….The light: yeah, kind of shit. But doesn’t that sum up every single new fan on the market? Other than a few still having external multiple sockets you can put in serious bulbs, they all kind of suck bad. Enough to get by with, but really not satisfying. Not what i would call dim – i mean you can see and read by it, but if you are looking for something small you lost on the floor – you’d want more light. It it very directional – if you have something shadowing, you’re not getting a lot of reflected light to illuminate behind/under the shadow. Also the color – 3000K – is ok, but the fact that they are all 3000K leds in there makes for a very strange mono frequency light that is far from natural full spectrum. Still, better than nothing – which they give you the option with a (plastic) cover instead of the light kit. Oh, and the light cover is a twist bayonet mount – with no satisfying click into position, just a “do not over tighten” warning. Hmm, fan, vibration, glass cover up 8ft in the air, not sure if it’s on tight,……As for the air movement, wobble-free, and fair. By reading the numbers I thought i would get blown away – but no. I was debating on the 52 or 62, wondering if the 62 would be too much air movement, even at lower speeds, but that proved to be unfounded. No complaints about the air movement – love the breeze mode option – just not sure the spec sheet is that accurate. And pretty silent. Not even the electronics hum i would get from my old hunter control unit.So overall, yeah, it’s OK. Not sure in 2023 if I am going to find a better light on a fan – but i wish i could. Quiet, low power usage, bonus with the app (minus with no Hubitat integration), so as long as it lasts for years, i’ll be happy with it.

I replaced some builder-grade fans with these Zephyr fans out on my lanai, in my family room and in my living room. They’ve held up so well that I ordered another for a bedroom. Their simple curved design works well with modern furnishings. And the three blades circulate just as much air as the five-bladed fan they replaced.I paid for an electrician to install them in my high ceilings. He had never done one with a remote before, and said it was more complicated than a traditional fan, but in the end did it without difficulty. The fans have a barely perceptible hum, but less than the older fans they replaced. The remotes work well, both for the fan and light. We can change the fan speed or turn on the light without having to get up from the couch.Supposedly, the fans also can be controlled by WiFi, but we have not been successful in getting that to work without disrupting our browser.
