   Not good at this review thing, but felt I should let y’all know that this product & ordering process went much better than I ever expected.These deck tiles are coated, all sides, to protect from the elements, even the underside, which was one of the reasons I chose them after weighing all of my options. I am doing the work myself, so I also needed simplicity. I had ordered 2 boxes from a large retailer in order to gauge the quality & get a feel for whether they’d work in my application. Said retailer had no more in stock & I found them via Google.Sent a message through Amazon’s messaging system prior to ordering because I wanted to ensure availability of the 45 boxes of the 1’x3’ tiles needed to complete a 12’x40’ patio & full perimeter walkway around the exterior of my home. I received a response & ordered promptly. Shipped within a few business days via freight carrier & was packaged well despite 1 damaged box, which was sent out the same day as delivery of the order after sending pics of the damaged tiles.I included a couple of before pics with the pics of the (almost), finished patio & completed 4’x96’ boardwalk-style walkway. I used 9 cubic yards of pea gravel laid into geogrids (4” for patio, 2” for walkway), bordered with landscape timbers for my base.After I got the hang of laying the planks & using the rubber mallet to set them into the pea gravel, installation went very quickly. The patio took me 7hrs & I completed the walkway in 6hrs.NewTechWood nailed it, beginning to end. Thank you. Much obliged.

   We looked at a lot of different products and wanted something that would give us color differences to make things more interesting. This product surpassed our expectations in both quality and finish. As you can see, we mixed colors (Peruvian Teak and Japanese Cedar) and lengths (3×1 and 1×1).We’ve seen what our neighbors have put down. If it’s real wood, it takes a lot of care (staining, cleaning). The plastic ones we’ve seen are cheap, and look it (as well as feel/hear it, when you walk on them). This flooring looks and feels like quality.This product is actual composite boards screwed on to 1×1 underlayment frames. That gave us ultimate flexibility in the corners/edges, allowing you to remove screws/boards as needed. I bought a *composite blade for my skillsaw and it cut right through, using a sawzall to cut of tabs on end. My wife and I knocked this out in about 5 hours.* Although the skillsaw with composite blade will cut fast, we went really slow, which gave us a nice clean finish at the cut… so, don’t rush it!

   This product is quality. The textured planks appear random and line-up when snapped together. Easy to assemble and precision lock-in place. When cutting, be careful to avoid the SS screws holding the planks to the plastic matrix that makes up the tiles. Looks great and will have to wait to see if it lasts

   My wife and I just received the product and very happy with it.It was very easy to assemble and is an excellent quality.I ordered by mistake a different size and customer service was great and immediately send me pre paid return label to exchange the product to the correct size.Therefore I would definitely recommend this seller and product to everyone.

   Easy to put together and they cut easily with a circular saw, table saw and jig saw. Very happy with the product! Bought 90% of them and then was able to purchase exact number I needed so hardly any waste.

   Don’t know how much to rave about this thing. We simply put this on top of our old ugly brick patio and it looks like a million bucks now. Super sturdy, sun resistant, easy to clean, etc. Best product ever.

   I thought this would work well, but even on a dry day, the product was slippery. It is more plastic than Trex and I was afraid, in rainy Seattle, it would be a hazard. I bought a lot as I read the reviews and now have to pay big bucks to return. BEWARE. Make sure you make a wise buying decision!

   I used this to cover two sections of the area between my pool deck and house. When we bought the house the previous owners had dirt and pine straw in-between which caused issues. Very pleased with this product!!

    Huge improvement over the nasty concrete it’s covering. It couldn’t be easier to install, it took me maybe a half hour to do a 20×20 area.Note: order in quantities 10 or under so that they’re delivered via regular Amazon. I ordered 13 at one point and it came on a palette via a delivery service that said they wouldn’t bring it to the front door or up the driveway. The first batch of 8-10 was delivered right to my front door with the rest of my amazon deliveries.
