    I bought this scale a couple years ago and I have had no issues with it like others have. I find it to be accurate and reliable. Last week I weighed myself just before going to the doctor. Their scale reading was exactly the same as mine. It has a nice appearance and the display is bright and easy to read.

    This scale looks good, and does its job without any unnecessary features. Step on it, wait a few seconds, and it tells you that you weigh too much. OK, I’m working on that last part!

    i am very impressed with this electric scale. It has a nice digital display and I have been using it for about a year and a half and I have yet to have to replace the batteries. The scale is very smooth upon touch with the feet and fairly accurate. You can also get on the scale in the dark since the screen illuminates once you step on it.The scale does have to be on a flat surface, the flatter the surface the more accurate the scale. When stepping on the scale it is important to make sure that you are properly balanced. I advise you to not place the scale near a source of water.Again I am impressed with this scale, it is simple and easy to use and it will last you a long time. I recommend this product due to its lightweight design and quality.

    I’m totally happy with my new scale. So far it is accurate based on my weight at the doctors office. It also checks my weight and then rechecks it before recording the correct numbers. Love that feature and feel more comfortable with the final weight. I would recommend this scale if you are looking for one you can trust.

    Electronic body weight scales, in general, are a major improvement over the old-fashioned, spring controlled scales used since the previous century. Some have other features, e.g. estimate BMI, but this one estimates only body weight.I chose the black model because of its modern appearance.The scale is shipped in a cardboard box, and after opening, the box can be used to store the scale when not in use. If you need to use this scale everyday, then covering it will mitigate the accumulation of dust on its surface.This scale has a bright and easy to read display even when your morning vision is not the sharpest.The supplied batteries did not last long and needed to be replaced after about two months. Replacement is easy. The four AAA batteries are held in a compartment that is accessed underneath the scale.This scale estimates your body weight. These readings are not stored, nor is there a Bluetooth interface to transmit each reading to a smartphone app. These latter features will not be missed by most of us. In fact, I record these readings on a spreadsheet and use it to monitor and evaluate variations in diet, exercise activity, and lifestyle. These records have been useful to me over many years.The scale material is relatively durable, but I would recommend a gentle handling of it to preserve the integrity of the internal electronics, and store it in an area where it is not accidentally “knocked around” or scratched.The surface is easy to clean by gently wiping the surface with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth and a non-ammonia glass cleaner.Accuracy is claimed by the manufacturer to hover within 0.1 pounds. This statement can’t be verified without an independent comparison. Yet, if you have an older scale, then establish your own calibration and baseline values across the scales to maintain a continuous weight-monitoring record. Continuity of weight measurement is important and it can be made simply by comparing the readings of your old and new scales. For example, measure your weight using your old scale, then weigh yourself again using this new unit and keep a record of the difference in readings across several days. When you are confident that a reliable baseline difference has been reached, then donate the old scale and enjoy the new one.

    I have not used the product yet as it arrived with dead batteries. I replaced the batteries and it immediately turned on. I will try it tomorrow, though I am not happy about the dead batteries as it was advertised as having them.Edited to 4 stars because I love the scale. It is sleek black and calibrated without have to to tap it first. I would gave it five stars but, again, it arrived with cheap dead batteries. I replaced with 4 AAAs, Energizer, and it works great now.

    My daughter is a high school wrestler. And anyone knows anything about wrestling knows that a scale has to be accurate. If you don’t make weight,you don’t wrestle. Long story short, I had to purchase 2 scales because my daughter left one scale at her grandmother’s house. Which is a four hour ride when we finally visited grandma again and got both scales. They redifferent readings. They’re both consistent when you step on and step off. It’s always the same number, but one scale is .6 heavier. Then the other consistently so which one is right. I’m almost tempted to purchase one more As to verified, however, if I did purchase another one. Would that be a different number? How do I know this thing is accurate I need accuracy
