  1. Buyer beware! These tablets are useless. Go with a name brand.

I recently purchased the Emeril lagasse 26 quart extra large air fryer, and I can’t see enough good things about it! This airfryer has truly transformed my cooking experience. With his generous capacity, I can easily prepare meals for my whole family in one go, which is a game changer for busy weeknights. The design is sleek and modern, and I appreciate the user-friendly interface. It heats up quickly and Cooks food evenly, giving everything that perfect crispy texture without the extra oil. Whether I’m making crispy fries, roasted veggies, or even baking a cake, the results are consistently impressive. I also love the versatility that it offers. The multiple cooking functions air frying, baking, grilling, and even dehydrating make it a One stop appliance for all my cooking needs. Cleanup is a breeze, too, with the nonstick interior and dishwasher safe components. It was also an excellent value! Overall, the emerald lagasse 264 airfryer has exceeded my expectations. It’s efficient, reliable, and makes a healthy cooking so much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their kitchen game.

I purchased this item expecting it to be “average” when it comes to air fryer ovens. I was wrong in my assumption. This oven is fantastic. I use it for just about everything now. Does an excellent job air frying just about anything, but I have also made pizza, baked chicken, perfectly toasted bread, perfectly cooked bacon and a lot more. I like the bigger size and the French doors are nice. Easy to clean. Basket, trays and rack all go in the dishwasher. I would recommended this to anyone.

It fits on my bakers rack shelf. So happy because I have a small kitchen and don’t have a lot of counter space. I had a roast that had to be cooked TODAY. I got it out of its box, took off the tape, threw the roast in it, on the shelf designated for “bake” set the temp and away it went. I didn’t even wash off the parts. I set the cooking time 5 min minutes earlier than what the package said and it still over cooked. My bad for not checking it with a thermometer.I bought it for the rotisserie function. The rotisserie chickens I buy now are about the size of a pigeon! I will come back after I’ve tried that function.Oh, the grill plate handle is embedded in the Styrofoam packed next to the oven. Several people thought it was missing. I went back through the box and found it.It was easy to clean. Easy to understand and operate.

Update: I’ve been using this oven for a couple months now for roasting, baking, broiling, air frying, and reheating. It is an outstanding oven that performs flawlessly every time. The oven heats evenly, so baked goods cook uniformly. Over the holidays I baked cookies, and since then enchiladas, cornbread, casseroles, sheet pan meals, hot wings, salmon, quesadillas, broiled sandwiches, etc. I love the amount of cooking space available and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. This is the best toaster oven I’ve owned. Absolutely love it!We purchased this oven to replace our Ninja Foodie flip-up air fryer/toaster oven which we’ve had for just over a year. We are full-time RVers and seldom bother to light and use the gas oven in our RV, so it’s very important to me that I have a good countertop oven. With limited space, I love that it doubles as an air fryer, too. We have a separate toaster because I’ve never been satisfied with the way a toaster oven toasts (sounds silly, but give me a pop-up toaster any day).I never liked our old oven because it’s not tall enough inside to cook in anything but a tray. It was also not heating properly and I was very disappointed with the results. It don’t heat properly and was too small to bake a cake or roast a whole chicken.I spent a lot of time researching other combination air fryer/ovens until I came upon this oven. I will update later, but I was very impressed with the cooking performance of my first meal – a sheet pan meal with Parmesan-crusted chicken breasts and broccoli. I baked it for 14 minutes at 425°, turning the broccoli half way through. The chicken was perfectly cooked – juicy inside with a golden brown, crusty topping. The broccoli had the right amount of char without being over or undercooked. I was amazed how much better it roasted than the old oven and I like the way the baking tray just slips into the slots on the side. This meal wasn’t very messy, so there wasn’t much splatter and there were no drips to clean.Today I’m baking cookies and tomorrow I’m air frying wings, so I will update after I’ve used it a few more times. We buy meal kits from Green Chef, and many of the recipes require baking. Since there are just two of us, this will definitely do the trick. This is a very preliminary review, but the positives include: roomy interior cooking space, easy to bake with a 9” square pan, pie pan, or 12” cookie sheet. Evenly heats and the temperature was consistent with a thermometer. It didn’t overheat the room and we keep a 4-6” space from walls. The interior light is bright. I like the double doors, but be sure there is enough space to fully open them so they don’t close on your hand – especially if it’s hot! There are many simple settings and it’s easy to adjust the temperature and time. I’m looking forward to experimenting more! The only negative so far is that it can’t accommodate the 12” pizza pan that worked with the old oven. This isn’t a problem because I’ve found frozen pizza is best when cooked on the wire rack instead of in a pan. We use our outdoor pizza oven for homemade pizza anyway. We will definitely stay on top of cleaning it after each use, wiping off splatters & drips that can smoke up the kitchen. It’s not likely we will use the rotisserie because I’m sure it would be very messy, but it’s going to be great for baking, roasting & air frying.More later after I’ve used this for a few months, but if you’ve been considering getting this while it’s on sale – go for it!

I’m not particularly impressed by a brand, so the fact Chef Emeril endorses or helped designed this unit or whatever, is of no consequence to me. I have two questions: does it work and is it a good value for its price. To the first question, it works very well. It can employ so many ways of cooking, e.g. grilling, baking, toasting, air frying, warming and more. This makes it an easy replacement for my previous air fryer (nothing wrong with it, I just wanted more capacity), my toaster oven, tabletop grill and for the most part, the oven on my range. To the second question, the price I paid, which was a sale price, was worth it for the functionality and accessories and flexibility of the unit. Most of the presets are handy but if you’ve been using an air fryer for a while, you’re probably familiar with times and temperatures to use for whatever you’re cooking so it’s a plus you can easily dial in custom settings if you want to. It’s pretty easy to clean and to keep clean in the first place because of its size. One thing that bit me was not thinking to use the bake pan when doing anything involving the lower heating elements and if cooking something that drips. I had to clean them once because I forgot that. Two things I don’t like are the French doors; though they are a nice feature, they not only operate together but they’ll slam if you don’t hold them until they close all the way, which isn’t damaging but it is annoying; and the other is the beeps, which are entirely too loud, so that I had to turn them off, which I don’t like because I like being notified it’s time to turn something or cooking is done. Small things, but I did deduct a star for those.A few have complained about the text on the doors that indicates what level to use for various cooking tasks, but I don’t mind it and stopped even noticing it after a week or so. Some have also expressed concern about escaping steam that condenses near the control button. This hasn’t been bad for me, and I honestly don’t see what problem it could cause even in the long run. If you’re uncomfortable with it, I’d suggest a piece of folded paper towel strategically placed may absorb most or all of that condensation.Overall, I’d recommend this unit. I have had it for a little over two months and no issues so far. It cooks thoroughly, has a variety of functions (some I haven’t explored yet) and the build quality is good.

This oven is really nice. Looks nice on the counter. It cooks food really quickly. You can use a pre-made pizza crust, add toppings like pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, plus shredded cheese, and sauce. And this will cook it in 3 minutes on air fry. No joke. Haven’t used rotisserie feature yet. Love all the extra trays, etc. Only negative, is that it won’t fit a 12″ pizza. Was disappointed in that. But it will cook a calzone made with fresh dough, in like 6 minutes. Excellent for reheating anything. Even fries! Microwaves are toxic and robs all nutrients from anything heated in it. This takes its place beautifully. You need one. Trust me.

I searched for a couple of months for the perfect large air fryer. It was a process for sure! It has all the bells and whistles. I love the French doors, the grill, the basket, the absolute ease of use! The buttons are so nice! This units versatility is amazing. I was a bit intimidated at first. Thought I was gonna need some courses to learn how to use it, but it’s very simple. With all of the needs I was searching for, this one checked almost all of them. When I say almost, I do not mean I’m disappointed in any way. I read thousands of reviews in two months on many many units. They all seemed to either have issues or barely had what this one offers. I would have really enjoyed having the rotisserie basket and the built in thermometer. But hey, that is it! It’s gorgeous!I’ve cooked with it every single day using as many features as I can.So! Let’s get to the performance and taste! Makes all chicken superior! Juicy, crispy…I mean, each bite drips in deliciousness! I’ve made hot wings, thighs, breasts, and rotisserie. Amazing! French fries, wow! Chicken sandwiches, shrimp, fish, pork roast, pie, cake, cookies…goes on and on.From the second I started using it, there was never a smell. I saw reviews about the French doors not being lined up that caused heat and steam leakage but I haven’t had any of that. As for safety, I have it on a stainless steel cart and it has its own designated outlet like suggested. I also saw a reviewer that said 1700 watts is too much for an older house. There is only one setting that uses that wattage and I don’t see me ever needing it anyway. I unplug it when not in use as well. I feel completely safe with the safety and performance! Also, a very huge plus for us, NO PLASTIC! ALL Stainless Steel!I’m so glad I took my time and chose this one. I’m so proud of it that I take pics of it lol. Oh, and clean up?? Not even a thing. Still looks like it’s straight out of the box (see pics) The next thing I’m trying are steaks, can’t wait! Also, found that there is a rotisserie basket I can get that fits it perfectly too!End your search now! This.Is.The.One!

We live in the desert and don’t like running the big oven because it heats up the house. This works great! We used about every feature except the rotisserie but we’ve only had it a couple of weeks so that will be used eventually. I find it easy to clean. It doesn’t heat up the kitchen. It is affordably priced and made very well. Looks great in our kitchen!

I’m a chef.I’ve had the French Door 360 for almost a year now. I’ve given it a very good test.I’ve had other air-fryer’s before (first generation types), but I wanted to test out some of thenewer generation, ‘multi-function’ air-fryer’s, like this one.My major complaint is that it has a ‘Toast’ preset, but it doesn’t make toast. I was hoping tobe able to get rid of my toaster. I’ve also tried other presets to see if I could get them to makeacceptable toast; but, it just won’t make toast – period. So, I had to keep my toaster at home, on the counter… I think Mr. Lagasse is guilty of false advertising on the toast issue (TV Ads). You can make ‘Croutons’ with the ‘Toast’ preset, but they’re not as good as other preset options for that. However, I did decide to keep this unit for the other types of things it does do very well. By the way,I tried 4 very similar units (other brands) and sent them all back. Two of them actually died on me after a very short while. This unit is still running and I use it many times each week. I unplug it after each use.Pros & Cons:Pro’s- The Air-fry preset is really great. It cooks fast and very well. The best of my testing. Chicken, especially, was excellent. Any kind of potato’s.- I like the fact that that the power does NOT turn off when the doors are opened. Other units you have to redo everything after you open the door/s.- Dehydrate works well, although it’s only useful for small batches. The fan can’t be adjusted, in this mode, so if you’re drying Parsley, or anything very lightweight, it will tend to blow all over the place… Heat adjustment, in this mode, is pretty decent. – Proof works well for all my dough’s. Max. Time is 2-hours/Max. heat is 95F. I wouldn’t mind having a little more head-room/adjustment/override capability on this preset/mode.- The grill actually works. It does make nice grill-marks. Some units I tested did not grill at all. The lower heating elements need to get red-hot, in order to grill properly. This unit did well.- The rotisserie works well, although the unit is a little bit too small for a large, whole chicken. It’s very tight. You have to tie up the bird very carefully. I don’t use Mr. Lagasse’s method, which is in the user-manual, because it’s not adequate. I’d like to have a couple more inches of elbow-room, in all directions. Even better, if it would rotate a small-medium Turkey… Like the old ‘ShowTime’ rotisserie’s.- The ‘Bake’ preset and all the other presets seem to work well. Except for Toast. But, they do have unnecessary limits on Time, Temperature, Fan control, and burner control.- Preheats very quickly.- Not hard to clean. Just wipe it out with a towel while it’s still a little bit warm.Cons:- The 30-second timer on the light button really bugs me. The light should stay on until I turn it off.- I don’t like the logo-light staying on, if I want to leave the unit plugged in. Waste of electricity. The whole unit should power-off and not consume any electricity when turned off.- Some of the presets are too restrictive for control over Time, Heat-level, Fan & Burners… It would be nice to have full override control on most of the presets…- Not big enough to do a Turkey on the rotisserie/spit. And just barley big enough for a large Chicken (on the spit). The pans and rack capacities are small. Good for one or two people only.- The spit bar assembly is not the best I’ve ever used. If this was my company/unit, I would redesign it. And part of the problem is also the fact that there is very little elbow-room to work with, so you have to get the spit set in the meat, just right… It can be tricky…Tips:- I put Aluminum-foil on the bottom drip-tray, and keep it like that all the time.- Try not to get any fat or food on the burners. Bottom burners are mostly the ones you need to be concerned with.

As there are so many reviews describing all the features and nuances of this oven, I won’t repeat them except for saying that this oven really is pretty great in its versatility and functionality. We have used just about all the features available, and have been, for the most part, very pleased. However, THE LIGHT!!!! Come on, this really wasn’t Emeril’s idea, was it?? Why in the world would you design an oven where the light has a mind of its own, and you cannot get it to stay on while you’re inserting food, turning food, or removing food from the oven??? One minute, it’s well lit as you’re turning steaks, ribs, burgers, fries, egg rolls, etc. BUT, be quick, because within less than a minute, the light goes off, and you’re left working in a small, dark cave with heating elements ABOVE AND BELOW YOUR HANDS!!! Needless to say, oven mits are a MUST for this thing, as the stupidity of this light design really makes this oven a bit dangerous. How about this; when I turn the light on, or open the door, THE LIGHT STAYS ON UNTIL I TURN IT OFF OR CLOSE THE DOOR??!! I can imagine that this was meant to be some sort of convenience; IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT. It would be great if this could be fixed with some sort of firmware upgrade, because it’s QUITE ANNOYING. For someone like myself, who has a visual impairment, this is not only irritating, but PARTICULARLY dangerous, and I really have to be mindful of what I’m doing, turning on other lights in the kitchen as a backup light source. My lovely wife has even offered to shine a flashlight for me so I can see what I’m doing when the light goes off on its own. Yeah, you can turn it back on, but typically, your hands are busy with cooking activity at the time, and the last thing you want to do is to have to fuss with the light. This really needs to be remedied for future releases of this otherwise pretty fantastic oven.
