I hesitated purchasing this because of price and some concerns other reviewers mentioned, but I give it five stars. I’ve been using it for a day. Some other reviewers mentioned it was noisy, this is not the case. I could barely hear it unless I come up close, furthermore, it doesn’t make any sound at all between the intermittent sprays. I have my schedule to go automatically every five minutes, with a 40 second spray duration. It fills up my 1700 square-foot house just fine.The only drawback that is not mentioned in the product description is that it does not come with any fragrance canisters. When my product arrive, I was ready to give it a go, however, I had to order the fragrances. They are not cheap either, but they smell so good, it is worth the price in my opinion.

Before purchasing this machine my wife and i purchased a machine from a luxury brand and immediately returned it. The AromaPlan machine has a better build quality and has more features for the price.The AuromaPlan 2025 has a super simple Bluetooth connectivity. Intuitive app and the product works as expected and is much cheaper then some other luxury brands.

This purchase was one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made in my time shopping on Amazon. It is not as described.I purchased this 10/28/2023, but I was unable to return within 30 days due an unexpected need to take care of a distant family member for a few months. It was unopened until I returned 6/20/2024. Not one to usually fuss about missing a return period, I figured I’d unbox the product and recuperate with some well- deserved entire-home aromatherapy. I had the recommended scent oils all ready to go.I also trusted that it would be safe to use with a pet in the home, as it is advertised to be a waterless and leak-free alternative to other diffuser types. Excellent! Nothing for my pet to step into! Seemed like a win.I was wrong. The entire bottle of scented oil was empty in three days, while the actual oil was leaked all over the table and dripping from the nozzle of the machine.Maybe I should try to troubleshoot right? Surely there is a link for that.Nope!The Aromaplan support links provided by Amazon are dead (they literally lead to nowhere). Amazon itself won’t even enter their own customer service chat when following the convoluted link tree to actually chat with a representative.I then requested a callback from Amazon pertaining to this product. The automated bot said “this product is eligible for return! We will send you a link via text with return instructions”. I thought that was great! The link requested the reason for my return, then immediately directed me to a screen with…guess what… A link to contact AromaPlan. The same dead link that is in the Amazon listing.I gave up and tried Aromaplan’s actual website…and no one is responding to my inquiries for troubleshooting or replacement.This is a scam product. Please look elsewhere if you care for your pets (mine is sick) or furniture (mine is ruined).It’s as if I paid $178 to enroll in a perpetual escape room experience.Spare yourselves.

I bought this diffuser because it was cheaper and I didn’t not if I’d like the scents. Well it’s been awesome and works very well. Makes my whole house smell nice. Very happy. The oils last a long time too which is great. I love that it is programmable so it runs just long enough so the scent isn’t overbearing. Great purchase!

This unit worked flawlessly for the first 5 months or so. The scent definitely permeated the first floor of our home (approx. 2,000 s.f.). Unfortunately, the unit stopped working. While it still cycled according to the set schedule, no scent was produced. After reading other reviews, it appears that this is not an isolated incident. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement piece (the piece that pulls out and connects to the bottle of scent oil). Unfortunately, that did not help. Once notified, customer service promptly sent a replacement unit. I would grade the unit as a B but customer service as an A+. I will update this as we go down the road but love the fact that this company is very responsive and wiling to stand behind their product. The “unit”, just like a Fire Stick, should be a loss leader. The money is made on the scent oils, which cost almost as much as the unit itself. Glad to see that this company seems to recognize that.

This sleek white aroma machine has quickly become a favorite addition to my space. The instructions are easy to follow, especially for you to know how to add your scent to your machine. I love that you have to use an app to use the machine and that you can have a schedule. Paired with the “Dubai” scent, it’s like a mini luxury escape in every breath. I can’t get enough of how it fills the room with a rich, captivating fragrance!

For starters, the packaging was pretty good. It definitely gave the appearance of a solid and premium product, which I wouldn’t have expected for a diffuser. The instructions also made the process seem straight forward. Pretty much remove all plastics, unlock the reservoir, fill, then place it back and plug in.This is where things get iffy. For starters, you aren’t really able to see much of the vapor coming out to know it’s functioning properly unless you hold a light (In my case, a phone light) to the nozzle. Only then will you see a faint stream.Next, it took a while for the smell to really become noticeable. No, I didn’t use the company brand oil because I enjoy having an arm and a leg. However, this shouldn’t invalidate any sort of use with the product. Instead, I found a scent for half the price for the same amount, and it had plenty of nice reviews.This brings me to my next point… the noise. Unless I got the most poorly assembled refurbished unit (which everything, including the Amazon box, came without a dent.), this thing is anything but quiet. I’m currently in my bedroom and hear the unit vibrating in the living room. The hum on its own might not have been so bad if half the volume, but the sound of metal vibrating is anything but quiet, let alone noise free. To be frank, if I didn’t desperately want to counter the dogs smells in my house, I would have returned it for this fact alone.Finally, and probably most important of all, I didn’t even get to experience it’s full fragrance output for a week because of not noticing what is now a senseless attachment on the container tubing. There’s a black (rubber filter?) piece with holes on the end of the stem. After wondering why no vapor was coming out of the nozzle and I smelled little to no fragrance, I opened the bottle to find that the rubber piece had melted onto and inside of the tubing due to putting ONLY essential oil in the reservoir as advertised. Thankfully, my wife is good with tinkering and needles & carefully removed the melted gunk from the tube. After this and filtering out rubber pieces in the oil, my overpriced diffuser now fills the room with scent, just as long as it’s not movie night or something requiring a quiet room.TLDR: The product looks and feels premium, but it makes WAY more noise than advertised. It also has a design flaw with the filter piece that will melt in the reservoir since it’s made of the wrong material (Company will likely blame it on the oil concentrate not being their brand). Otherwise, it definitely puts out fragrance.Is it worth the price? – NoDoes it have potential? – YesWould I recommend it? For the price, no.

I returned this product because I wanted one that went through the HVAC system. That’s not what this is for. This one is suited for using in a single room. Nice looking machine and felt like a quality product.

The tubing that the essential oil is vacuumed into has a piece of dirt or lint in it and I cannot get it out because the lumen is too narrow for me to push it out even after running water through it. Am I able to get another tube that is clear of debris? It partially blocks any oil getting up into the machine. I get less aroma out of the machine.

The fragrance makes the whole house smell nice and I received several compliments already. Even my teenage boys noticed and commented on it. I love that you can create a schedule so that it goes on and off throughout the day leaving a nice consistent smell. The biggest issue is how loud it is as you can see from the video. The sound drives my husband crazy. I also wish it had the option to purchase additional refillable bottles that you can cap and store so that you can change the fragrance out periodically before it’s gone. I like different smells for different seasons. It has worked great up until this point but for some reason the bottle will no longer unscrew from the unit so to change the scent I have to pour it in through the top. It works but not very convenient and not how it’s supposed to work.
